Transferring a prescription to an ICHS pharmacy

Contact us with the name and phone number of your current pharmacy. Please also provide the name of the medications you wish to pick up at our pharmacy. Our pharmacists will contact the other pharmacy to transfer your prescription.

COVID-19 Vaccines

ICHS clinic pharmacies are administering the 2023-2024 Pfizer (COMIRNATY) monovalent COVID-19 vaccine to adolescents and adults (ages 12 and older) on a walk-in basis.

You do not need to be an ICHS patient to receive your COVID-19 vaccine at ICHS pharmacies. Appointments are not required. Please bring your photo ID and insurance card.

Most health insurance plans cover the cost of vaccines. If you have insurance, you can always call your insurance company to see if you're covered. If you do NOT have insurance, you must pay out-of-pocket for the cost of the vaccines. 

COVID-19 Test-to-Treat

Treatments for COVID-19 are now widely available. If you test positive for COVID-19, talk to a doctor as soon as possible about treatment options.

The Test-to-Treat program is one easy way to get treatment. Test-to-Treat locations will give you a test and treatment. If you test positive for COVID-19, talk to your doctor to get a prescription. Your doctor can send the prescription to one of the three ICHS pharmacy locations most convenient to you: ICHS International District Pharmacy, ICHS Holly Park Pharmacy, or ICHS Shoreline Pharmacy.

Pharmacy discounts available

ICHS is committed to providing quality health care to all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Financial assistance to pay for pharmacy prescriptions is available to qualifying ICHS patients. Please inquire with our pharmacy staff.
