ICHS offers complete eye exam services for adults and children, including prescriptions for glasses and referrals for specialty care, at our International District clinic. Our caring and competent staff include a licensed optometrist and an optometric technician. Please call 206.788.3505 to schedule your visit.
We offer glasses and frames on a limited basis to children who are covered by Apple Health. We do not offer contact lenses, contact lens fittings or issue contact lens prescriptions.
Payment, insurance and sliding fee scale
ICHS is committed to providing affordable eye care, regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. ICHS offers eye exams and refraction at a flat rate for those without insurance, starting at $50 and capped at $130 (depending on income and family size).
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid. Because we are an in-network provider, we bill your insurance company directly. You are responsible for any overages or services not covered by your specific plan.
