International Community Health Services (ICHS) offers Tai Ji Quan: Moving For Better Balance® program.
Join us to improve your balance through participating in an evidence-based, adapted Tai Ji Quan program.
Benefits:
- Improving muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility
- Reducing risk of falls
Date/Time: 2 times per week, for 24 weeks
Format: Remote class on Zoom
Attire: Wear comfortable, cotton exercise clothing and exercise shoes
Cost: Free; ICHS will provide the equipment (iPad) and technology support to participate

Prerequisites: Age 55 and above
