Accepting Applications for COO
International Community Health Services (ICHS) is accepting applications for a dynamic and resourceful chief operating officer who exhibits a strong commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of the organization, and is sensitive to the communities it serves.
This is an executive management position responsible for the management oversight and direction of ICHS clinic operations and services.
The COO carries a high degree of responsibility and judgment in overseeing the provision of high quality services during regular and after hours, especially in times of emergencies, as well as budget performance.
Annual Pay Range: $176,800 - $258,800
This position serves as a member of the Executive Team and is responsible for leadership and direction of clinic operations and services, Healthy Aging and Wellness Program and services, Community Health Services, and the organization’s facilities.
Leads the development and implementation of policies and procedures for identified programs, and services.
This position carries a high degree of responsibility and judgment in overseeing the provision of high quality services during regular and after hours, especially in times of emergencies, as well as budget performance.
Education
- Master’s degree in Health Administration, or related field required or 7 years of executive leadership role may substitute fordegree.
Experience
- 10 years progressively responsible experience in primary care, public health,

- Valid Washington Driver’s License.
