Board of Directors

Hiroshi Nakano | President
Mr. Nakano has served on the ICHS Board since 1997 and is the Chief Executive Officer for South Sound Neurosurgery, PLLC. Mr. Nakano currently chairs the Executive Committee and serves on the Board Development and Strategic Planning committees.

Janyce Ko Fisher | 1st Vice President
Ms. Ko Fisher has served on the ICHS Board since 1975 and is a founding Board member of ICHS. She is a laboratory supervisor at Children's Hospital and currently chairs the Board Development Committee and serves on the Human Resources and Pension committees.

Cris Krisologo-Elliott | 2nd Vice President
Ms. Krisologo-Elliott has served on the ICHS Board since 2005. She currently chairs the Human Resources, Pension, and Strategic Planning committees.

Deborah Wolf | 3rd Vice President
Ms. Wolf is a Business Systems and Process Analyst in Global Health for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She speaks Spanish and has studied and worked in Mexico, Saint Lucia, and Uganda. Ms. Wolf also volunteers with Passages Northwest and Seattle Works. She joined the ICHS Board in 2007 and chairs the Community Relations & Health Education Committee.

Amy Kim | Secretary
Ms. Kim has served on the ICHS Board since 2005 and is an attorney. Ms. Kim currently chairs the Quality Management Committee. She also serves on the Finance & Audit, Pension, and Strategic Planning committees.

Gildas Cheung | Treasurer
Mr. Cheung is a Business Manager at Microsoft Corporation. He joined the board in 2009 and chairs the Finance & Audit Committee and serves on the Pension and Strategic Planning committees.

Charles Wu
Mr. Wu is the Supervisor of the Solid Waste/Vector Nuisance Program in the Environmental Hazards Section of Public Health - Seattle & King County where he has worked for the past nine years. Mr. Wu joined the Board in 2005. Mr. Wu currently serves on the Community Relations & Health Education Committee.

Jenny Fang
Ms. Fang has served on the ICHS Board since 1996 and has an education background. She currently serves on the Board Development and Community Relations & Health Education committees.

John Foz
Mr. Foz is Secretary of the Puget Sound Region of the Inlandboatmen's Union of the Pacific. A Seattle resident for nearly thirty years, he has served on leadership bodies in the local labor, business, and church community. Mr. Foz has served on the ICHS Board since 2008 and currently sits on the Human Resources and Pension committees.

Robert Wendell Mull
Mr. Mull is a retired film and video producer with an interest in health charities. He has served with nonprofit organizations, as staff or board member, for nearly thirty years. Mr. Mull has served on the ICHS Board since 2008 and currently sits on the Human Resources and Pension committees. He also serves on ICHS' Patient Advisory Council.

Steven Man
Mr. Man has served on the ICHS Board since 2004 and is the Director of Corporate Accounting at Providence Health and Services. Mr. Man currently serves on the Finance & Audit Committee.

Tyler Loc DuLam
Mr. DuLam is Policy and Financial Analyst for the University of Washington. Mr. DuLam currently serves on the Board Development, Finance & Audit, and Pension committees. He has served on the ICHS Board since 2000.
